Uniform Plasma

This example evolves a uniformly distributed, hot plasma over time.


Run
---

For `MPI-parallel <https://www.mpi-forum.org>`__ runs, prefix these lines with ``mpiexec -n 4 ...`` or ``srun -n 4 ...``, depending on the system.
